Our Stories · Greece
Greece is our first love. Our first trip together! And ever since, we’ve been inseparable (us and Greece). In this country where postcards come to life, where cats are full-fledged members of every neighborhood, and where you judge a restaurant by the price of its tzatziki, we’ve set down our bags more than once.
We’ve traveled around Greece just the way we like to: by ferry, from island to island, following the winds and our whims. Every sea crossing is an adventure in itself, with the ship’s deck facing the open sea and the islands appearing on the horizon like promises. We discovered the Cyclades, but also Crete, the old streets of Athens, and lesser-known islands where the beaches are deserted and the taverns serve fish caught that very morning.

About Our Travel Blog
Mathilde and I chose to travel slowly, favouring overland transport and real exchanges with locals. That slower-than-average pace let us experience things a classic itinerary never would: staying with a family in a village with no tourists, sharing an impromptu meal on the side of a Bolivian road, or stumbling on an archaeological site no guidebook mentions. That's what we share here.
Our stories are also a concrete source of inspiration for planning your own trip.
